WSG – prefabricated stitched tube
WSG stitched high temperature insulation tubes are used for the thermal protection of cables laid in environments with sustained high temperatures as for example in the automotive industry. It consists of a texturized fiberglass fabric with an external aluminium/polyester foil as a heat reflector on the topside including a PU-coating as a fabric sealing on the underside. The sewing thread is made from stainless steel or meta-aramid.

WSK – retrofit with velcro fastener
The heat protection tube type WSK is closed with a flame-retardant velcro fastener. It is used for the thermal protection of cables which serve as signal lines in building construction. This protection tube type has to fulfil special fire protection requirements. It consists of woven glass fabric with an external aluminium/polyester foil as heat reflector on the topside including a PU-coating as fabric sealing on the underside.
